DURING TRAINING.
THEY HAD INTER-LEVEL.
AND COACH, SUDDENLY WENT VERY BONGKUS.
ASKED US TO DO STUPID STUFF.
A FEW IS OKAY.
BUT ALL THOSE STRAIGHT.
ITS ABIT UNBEARABLE.
WHATTHEFWASHISPROBLEMYTD.
Things he asked us to do:
Digging to partner, after each dig must touch the ground 10times continuously, setting over the line on the wall, 5sets of 5, lie on the floor do setting.(Tiring)
Then 200UP-DOWN,200SPIKING, 40BURPEES,JUMP AND TOUCH THE WALL HE ASSIGNED U TO.(Hard to explain)
Its ok for him to ask us to do things, but all this in a day, continuously, suddenly.
Makes ppl instantly pissed.

I have many friends and my best friend is Cookie.
Though Cookie is much smaller, harder and crispier than me, we hit off very well.
